Aviation Camp

A Specialty Camp – Have you ever dreamed of flying?

Come fly with us! Experience the beauty of Lake Rathbun from the air. You will pilot a plane, build a model, and take a field trip into the past, present and future of aviation throughout your week of camp. A typical week of Aviation Camp includes:

  • An introduction to Aviation (weather, parts of a plane, flight overview, safety)
  • Flight simulators
  • A visit to the Antique Airpower Museum at Blakesburg
  • At least two plane rides
  • Opportunity to build a model plane
  • Other aviation activities as available

Aviation camp will have meals, Bible Talk Time, and some group activities with Wind-N-Waves and Horse Camp III.

Aviation Camp is available for seventh through twelfth graders.
